they are most unprofessional travel agency. all they care is about their money. they gave a shady hotel where family and women cannot stay. the hotel was dirty toilets and rooms filled with cigarette and liquor smell. we reached hotel in the midnight only to witness this. we had to find another hotel at that moment and had move the family for a safer hotel. upon enquiring, with

one of the worst travel agency ever seen.... they will just take advance for everything and don't provide the us with what we ask for. we just told them to book atleast a 3 star hotel and they gave us a shady place where, it is not the place for women to stay. i suggest to not to take this agency at all. they need money nothing else. there is one person called nishant, he so rude. we are asking for the breakup which we had paid. but he doesn't have it. he is just making it up. and he is threat

we were taken to a very dangerous and scary hotel where the caretakers had smoked and had alcohol in the room because we could smell the cigarette and the stench of the alcohol. we were asked to pay 2500/- for a 750/- room. we were 5 ladies stranded without a safe hotel in the middle of the night. we could not get in touch with the enduring journey team and had to spend 2 hours to find a proper place to sleep for the night. i would not recommend enduring journey travel agency to anyone. they hav
