Bilgi

Bilagi is a panchayat town and taluka in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka, India. While only 19.5 km from the district headquarters of Bagalkote, the route by road is 30 km. The principle control of individuals in this taluka is agribusiness. The vast majority of the agriculturists develop sugarcane. Bilgi is arranged 30 kilometers 19 mi from Bagalkot. Toward the north of Bilgi is a stone lake called Arettina Bavi 'six-bullock well', a protest of intrigue.

The sanctuary inside the well of Mahadeva, isn't loved as the linga is broken. The stone engravings in Kannada and Persian incorporated with the dividers of the well enroll that it was built by Visajipanta in 1708. There is a dargah of Hasan Dongri, in the town. Moharam celebration is praised bigly here. One Km toward the south of Bilgi is the sanctuary of Shri Siddeshwara, included by hillocks.

On a stride of the sanctuary is an engraving of 1695– 96 which records development of the eastern entryway by Khanderao Timmaji, a subordinate of Vajir Haidar Khan. Only north of the town is Arettina Bavi 'six-bullock well', a stone encased lake or well. Inside the well there is a sanctuary to Mahadeva Shiva; in any case, the lingam is broken. On the dividers of the well are engravings in Kannada and Persian that record its development in 1708. The Kannada engraving says Visaji Mahadeva Panditqa of Gargya-gotra.
