About Bhanpura
Bhanpura is a town and a nagar panchayat in Mandsaur district, located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It was managed by Chandrawats of Mewar at the season of Rana Sanga. Chandrawat of Bhanpura held the title of 'Rao' and they were conspicuous leaders of that district. Bhanpura was under a territory of Indore of Holkars' and they gathered income from them. Bhanpura is 127 km north-east from Mandsaur and south of Hinglajgarh and Navali in Mandsaur region, two generally noteworthy spots.
The town is home to a historical center that shows the prominent specialties of Mandsaur, including workmanship from the Gupta period fourth fifth century to the season of Pratiharas and Parmaras, and additionally very much etched pictures of Uma-Maheshwar, Kartikeya, Vishnu, Gavoi and Nandi are shown. Bhanpura gets its name from a lord named Bhaman. It was managed by Chandrawats of Mewar at the season of Rana Sanga in the sixteenth century.
