It was a pathetic experience. We booked a holiday package and three day before our journey traveller denied to provide us the traveller (vehicle) as he only had one and was destroyed by the land slide. We managed to book our own with paying extra than usual and reach the destination which was Kasol and guide provided us with good news that as we have reached our destination after the time we decided which was 4 hrs late due to heavy jam our rooms have been sold to someone else.

We had to suffer a lot due to this and travel extra to Manali as there was no room available in Kasol then. Travel agent and guide provided by them was so rude and u professional. He even left us in middle of road about shut his phone down. Travel agent somesh did not respond on phone. His partner did not help us. They all rah away after causing so much trouble and mentally harassing us.
We even had to go to Kullu police station to lodge a complaint and now I am logging a complaint in consumer forum as well.

Worst experience of my life. After trusting these guys I have no faith in any travel agency.
