Terms and Conditions

• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Advance Booking
• Ø 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
• Ø 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
• Ø 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
• Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before the date of departure.
• Cancellation policy
• You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below.
• Cancellation charges per person
• Ø 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
• Ø 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Ø Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
