• One night stay will be charged as retention charges in case of a “No Show As per Hotel policy, Any cancellation or amendment of booking within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival would not attract any charges. Skycity Hotel will consider your acceptance on the room cancellation policy as & when you receive this room confirmation voucher Hotel Policy
• Hotel’s check in & check out time is 1200 hours. Early check in and late checkout requests can be considered subject to availability of rooms and additional charge. Due to increased security awareness, it is mandatory for all the guests, occupying the room and those visiting, to provide their Legal Photo Id (Driving License, Voter’s Id, PAN Card). In the case of foreign nationals, they are required to present their passports at the time of check-in.
• Payment would be 50% advance and 50% at the time of checkout.
