For International Tours 5% TCS is Additionally Charges as Per RBI Guidelines Which Can be Claimed At the Time of Filing ITR.

* Domestic Trips: 50% of the package cost at booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 10 days before the travel date.

* International Trips: 50% of the package cost at booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before the travel date.

* Final vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received.

* No pending payments will be accepted on the date of check-in or departure.

* Some hotels, flights, or transport providers may require full advance payment. Where stricter terms apply, the supplier’s policy will override Goinggly’s standard policy.

* Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or approved digital wallets.

**Cancellation Policy**

* More than 20 days before travel date: Full refund (after deduction of nominal processing fee, if applicable).

* 20–15 days before travel date: 25% of the package cost will be charged.

* 14–11 days before travel date: 50% of the package cost will be charged.

* 10 days or less before travel date, including no-show or early departure: 100% of the package cost will be charged.

* Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking value, regardless of the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

* Some hotels, flights, and services are strictly non-refundable. Customers are advised to confirm specific cancellation terms with their consultant before booking.

* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after vendor confirmation.

* Different Hotels Included in the Quotation/Itinerary May Have Different Cancellation Policies and Refundable Policies Depending on Checkin Date/Season Type and Cut Off Time for Cancellation. For Clear Information on Which Hotel Has Which Cancellation Policy Contact Your Sales Associate Before Closing the Deal.

**Hotel Terms**

* Standard check-in is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and check-out is between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel rules.

* Hotel allocation is as per the quotation and itinerary. Please review hotel details and ratings before confirming your booking.

* Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, smoking room, specific view, bed type, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

* If a hotel becomes unavailable, Goinggly may shift to a similar or better option.

* Hotel changes requested by the guest at the last minute are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

* For service-related issues at the property, contact the hotel reception first. If unresolved, reach out to Goinggly immediately.

**Transport & Sightseeing**

* Car/driver details will be provided one day prior to travel.

* Shared transfers require reporting 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Missed services due to delay are non-refundable.

* Sightseeing must follow the driver/guide’s timing and instructions. Delays may result in missed points.

* Changes to the itinerary during the trip are not allowed unless pre-approved.

* Air conditioning in cabs may not be available in hilly areas. Cab service hours are between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM; additional charges apply outside these hours.

* Toll taxes, state taxes, and GST are included unless specified. Entry tickets at sightseeing points are payable by the customer unless included in the package.

* Any additional sightseeing or out-of-itinerary visits will incur extra charges.

* For Volvo packages, the first day’s sightseeing is limited to half-day. For cab packages, there is no sightseeing on the first day unless specified.

* Local city tours are limited to 4 hours/40 km (half-day) or 8 hours/80 km (full-day).

**General Notes**

* Valid government photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, voter ID, or Aadhaar) is mandatory for hotel check-in.

* Voucher details must be checked and discrepancies reported within 24 hours of receipt.

* Meals included in the package are preset, usually served buffet style, not in individual rooms. Meal preferences may not be guaranteed.

* Kitchen timings at hotels are generally until 10:00 PM. Please plan accordingly.

* Extra charges may apply for heater, blower, mineral water, etc.

* Basic honeymoon or birthday decorations may be provided by hotels. Any additional decorations must be arranged directly with the property.

* Once checked in, the reservation is considered fulfilled. No refunds will be entertained for service quality complaints if the service has been provided as booked.

* Goinggly is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government actions.

* Closure of attractions due to weather, government orders, or maintenance is non-refundable.

* In case of weather-related transport changes, alternate arrangements will be made, but quality may differ.

* Travelers are responsible for complying with government guidelines, health protocols, and regulations.
