Terms and Conditions

• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 100% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 75% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Hotels are subject to availability.<br>2. Dedicated cars will be provided for the entire trip.<br>3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.<br>4. Cancellation of booking is subject to the rules & regulation of the hotel & our service charges<br>are concerned by hand on such cancellation.<br>5. Postponement of date will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to availability.<br>6. EP Room Only; CP Room + Breakfast, MAP Room + Breakfast and one meal, AP Room +<br>AllMeals<br>7. No change is permissible when once package is confirmed.<br>8. No Refund will be granted on cancellation of hotel package.<br>9. On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation, booking payment will not be refundable<br>ortransferable on any ground.<br>10. 1Touch Holiday India Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage to person life<br>body or any kind of issue faced during tour, its compulsory to intimate us during that time of<br>tour only, so that it can be rectified. After the tour is complete, we are not liable for any kind<br>ofrefund.<br>11. Facilities like heater at Room in Uttrakhand will be chargeable as per Hotel to Hotel. Some<br>hotels are offering free of cost also. We are not guaranteed for any such services without prior<br>intimation.<br>12. AC during hills will not operate.<br>13. Check in Time will be 10 AM; if the client needs room early then it will be as per availability at<br>the hotel.<br>14. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads<br>which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more<br>than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.<br>15. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate.<br>16. Pick up and drop point will be one only.<br>17. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are<br>having very high charges of parking.<br>18. Tour destination route cannot change without prior notice.<br>19. Sometime vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their<br>own cost.<br>20. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.<br>21. Due to any inclement weather condition at Uttarakhand, we are not liable for any kind of refund
