- 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
- 100% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- 50% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- 25% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Travelxploria Leisure Holiday LLP. Grievance / Complaints: Any grievance raised before/during the tour need to be communicated by email to cs@travelxploria.com with all legitimate details. Pragmatic complaints will be re-verified with respective service providers (hotels, transporters) and any service which has not been provided will be checked within 15 working days.

it was a lovely trip to north east india with the arrangements done by mr. kaushik and company. customization of the trip as per our needs and comforts, providing good quality of vehicle and stay at affordable price. total 10 days and 9 nights of trip was properly executed and become a great experience with kaushik and travelxploria leisure holiday company. they delivered service as promised. thank you and good luck !!
