I just got back from the trip organised by you. As I am clearing all the unattended mails, am not mailing a detailed one. I am travelling from tomorrow till this week end. We had a great stay in all the places, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. My thanks to all particularly Mr. Sarasmohan who looked after us as his own family member. We have been fortunate enough to travel with your company?s well organised tour. It was an excellent planned itinerary and left all of us with memorable memories. Your organization is faultless and we all appreciate the care you have taken from the start of the travel to the end. Thank you for guiding us through your wonderful country. The agents are very active in following up feedback. Response is efficient and quick. Good service attitude. Improvement is needed for better communication between office agent and local agent.
