The experience was good and the agent contacted immediately and also gave customized package as per my suitability. The services offered were good and there was doctor available full time to consult. However there was problem with the drop as in package they had booked pick up and drop from the location to station but the driver did not turn up for the drop after check out. Hope the team takes this feedback as being in such a remote location this facility should be more prompt.
