After on arrival at Guwahati Airport assistance and warm traditional welcome by our representative and transfer to Shillong. Shillong, also known as ‘The Scotland of the East’ is the capital city of Meghalaya. En route you will visit the largest manmade lake of Northeast India – Umium Lake. Reaching Shillong after 3 hours journey approximately, we check-in at a city Hotel. After freshen up visit Cathedral of Marry & the Polo Ground. Evening free for leisure or for shopping in the famous Police Bazaar in Shillong. Overnight in Shillong

Today after breakfast check out from the Hotel and explore the Shillong sightseeing visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake located at the heart of the city which is popular for its garden walks and boating, Meghalaya State Museum where Meghalaya’s tribal culture and heritage are well displayed, Lady Hyadri Park. After lunch visit Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls situated on the outskirts of the city. Evening free for leisure. Overnight in Shillong.

Morning after breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee which is famed for being the wettest place in the world. After a drive of 1 ½ hours amid pine trees and mists we reach Cherrapunjee. Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves. In Cherrapunji, we visit the Nohkalikai Falls, Seven sisier falls, Mawsmai Caves, Rama Krishna Mission, Eco Park and the Thangkharang Park . Later back to Shillong.

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive back to Guwahati. Reached Guwahati we visit Balaji Temple. Later check in at city hotel. After freshen-up evening enjoy DJ River Cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River Direct payment basis & visit local market at Guwahati. Overnight at Guwahati.

After an early wake up, you will be taken to the riding point in the Central Range Kohora for an Elephant Ride. After the ride return back to the Resort. After breakfast drive to the Central Range of the park for a jeep safariAfter lunch transfer to Kohima 260 Kms / 6 hrs drive. Check in Hotel. Overnight in Kohima. The Hornbill Festival of Nagaland, which is a yearly feature in the first week of December, is a cultural extravaganza worth a watch. One can see a melange of Naga cultures on display in one place. A tourist with a keen interest in people, their customs, food habits, sports, dances and songs, will be more than satisfied. This festival is held at Naga Heritage Village, Kisama which is about 12 Km from Kohima and is permanently created for celebration of this festival

Kohima, now the state capital of Nagaland, is situated at an altitude of 1495 mtrs. above sea level. This hill station, with a panoramic view of the rugged Naga Hills was witness to a fifty-day and night non-stop fighting during the 2nd World War. At Kohima - go for a walk around the Garrison Hill area to revisit the Battle of Kohima - hear about the stories of the war as it happened then. The tour culminates at the 2nd World War Cemetery where the famous battle of tennis court took place. The beautiful Angami village of KHONOMA, 20kms northwest from Kohima, holds a special place in Naga history as the place where Angami warriors made their final stand against the British in 1879. .
