• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• EXCLUSIONS:
• Any increase in the air fare, fuel surcharge and taxes charged by the airlines on your air ticket calculated as on 1stOctober, 2017.
• •Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangement which may come in to effect prior to departure.
• •Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the actual tour route of your air ticket.
• •Cost of the Suggested Excursions, those not included in the itinerary.
• •Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
• •Anything not specifically mentioned below the inclusions heading.
• •Mandatory tips of Euro 3 per person per day for coach drivers, guides etc.
• Baggage Tips: We recommend you carry walking shoes, warm clothes, an empty water bottle and a small umbrella. Do remember to carry your sunglasses since the suns reflection off the snow can be quite harsh on your eyes.

• •The above mentioned costs are based on the conversion rate of 1 EUR 80 INR. Bookings will be done based on real time conversion rates.
• •We will not be liable for any decision taken by the consulate, immigration or customs enforcement regarding the grant of your visa or the date of appointment. The cost of processing your visa is based on current rates. Any change to the rates will be treated as additional.
• •Coaches used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per the itinerary and not at individual disposal.
• •Passport validity should be 6 months from the date of return.
