• A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking and the balance before the tour begins.
• Any monies paid will be refunded less than the cost of cancellation fees levied by Hotels, food purchases and any other relevant expenses. But the decision has to be put in writing and it will be effective from the date of receiving the letter. Cancellation received within 20 to 5 days prior to departure will be subject a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost. Cancellation in less than 4 days will be subject top forfeiture tour cost. Airline will be governed by the policy of individual airline.
