Morning, sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath temple ath is one of the sacred Shiva temples on the Indian sub-continent. It draws devotees from all over India, including many colorful Sadhus (wandering Holy men). It is the largest temple complex in Nepal. Visiting Pashupatinath begins and ends a traditional pilgrimage circuit. Lord Pashupatinath’s supreme holiness stems from hollowed linga enshrined in the main temple and its location on the bank of sacred Bagmati River Continue on to the biggest stupa of Boudhanath. It is the sacred place for Buddhist pilgrims. Once you enter the stupa complex it resembles Bharkor street of Tibet with a considerable population of Tibetans, number of thriving monasteries and many small shops selling Tibetan artifacts. Boudhanath is one of the few places in the world where Tibetan culture is accessible, vibrant and unbound.

Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Continue on to Nagarkot hill 35 kms from Kathmandu on the eastern rim of the valley is the hill of Nagarkot (1,950m). This place offers a great mountain view. On a clear weather, views extend all the way from Mt. Dhaulagiri in the west, past Mt. Everest to Kanchenjunga in the west. While the mountains are relatively distant compared to the intimate view you will experience. Nagarkot is also a famous destination for sunset and sunrise view. Overnight at the hotel in Nagarkot.

Early morning, awesome sunrise view from the hotel premises. After breakfast, drive to Kurintar. After Manakamana Darshan, continue on to Pokhara. Approx. 200 kms from Kathmandu Pokhara enjoys a mild climate, clean air, reflection of snow capped mountains on the sheltered lake. Its relaxed atmosphere is pleasantly removed from the hectic hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Lakeside Pokhara is a traveler’s oasis.

The tourist area of lakeside, stretched out along the southeast shore of the valley’s largest lake. Lakeside has its own charm especially in the evenings when darkness hides the clutter and shops are lit up like a Christmas trees. Foothills separate Pokhara from Himalayas. Evening, stroll around the lakeside area. Overnight at hthe hotel in Pokhara.

Morning, hiking tour to World Peace Supa (approx. 2.5 hrs walk). World peace pagoda a Buddhist monument as the symbol peace by providing a focus for human being to unit in their search for peace in the world lies atop the hillock in the southern shore of the Phewa Lake. It is well worth considering the walk up to the World Peace Stupa overlooking the lake with superb mountain views of the Annapurna range.

Later, hike down and return to the hotel after one hour boating on Phewa lake. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Pokhara town. Overnight at the hotel in Pokhara.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu, retracing the same highway. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Free till departure. Transfer to the airport in time to connect your onward flight.
