• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that OnlineTurkeyTours receives a written request from the Client and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• * Prior to 4 weeks of departure, 10% of the Net Product cost.
• * Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 25% of the Net Product cost.
• * Within 2 weeks until 1 week 50% of the Net Product cost.
• * Within 1 week or less no refund is given.
• * No refund is given for a partially used Product.
