Terms and Conditions

• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:-
• 1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 3. If cancellations are made 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 4. On case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restriction may be cancelled the tour, in such cases we will provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
• Terms & Condition
• The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest.
• All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Unavoidable Circumstances
• If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, Strikes, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
• Complaints During The Tour
• If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately at +9188030***** so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.
• Reservation Policy
• Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end.
• In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.
• Check-in & Check-out Policy
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs
