• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• Package cost is valid from 01st April to 30th June.
• House Boat check in time is 12:00pm & check out time is 9:30am.
• House Boat A/C timing 9:00pm to 6:30am.
• House Boat cruise timing 12:00pm to 6:00pm & 8:00am to 9:30am
• Hotel Check in 12:00pm & Check out 10:00am
