Ecstatic 11 Days 10 Nights New Delhi Tour Package

Converge at Flag off point in Delhi. Important personalities will be present during the flag off ceremony which will be brief. Ride from there till Anand Vihar Terminus from where participants will board Volvo coach for Haldwani. We will request Delhi Police to provide the participants with a lead vehicle due to the heavy traffic and smooth cycling. Overnight on board. Dinner en route.

Arrive Haldwani. Met with and transfer to hotel. Quick one hour thirty mins refreshment break followed by final flag off by local eminent personalities. This day, the ride will be longer, approx 72 kms, but plain road and no hilly stretch. We ride till Khatima stopping en route for refreshing breaks at the Nanakmatta Gurdwara and Nanakmatta sagar. Arrive and check into hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Post breakfast, continue riding to Mahendra Nagar, the Nepal entry place en route crossing Banbasa and completing entry formalities at Immigration and Customs (applicable other than Indian Nationals). On reaching Mahendra Nagar, we will ride till for another 30 kms approx.
Note: The route after reaching Mahendra Nagar till we board vehicles / coach for Pokhara will be disclosed after our Team completes the survey. We will notify you and the same will be uploaded here.

Continue riding and then after covering an approx 60 kms max, we will board vehicles / coach for our onward destination to Pokhara. Arrive and check into hotel. (rooms to be blocked from previous night for immediate occupancy). Overnight in Pokhara.

Post breakfast, we will visit Rabindra's Home stay - this home stay is very popular and has lots of good comments on Trip Advisor, Air Bnb and other sites. Lunch at Home stay and we get to know Nepalese cuisine, culture etc. Ride back to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Pokhara.

Post breakfast, leave by surface for Gorkha bazar. This will be approx two hours drive. Depending on the road, we can ride as well. On arrival at Gorkha bazar, we meet the Barpak Epicenter Riders Group. Lunch with the group at Gorkha Bazar and continue cycling to Baluwa. This route is supposed to be the toughest section. We will have back up vehicles. Home stay arrangements in Baluwa and dinner.

Continue cycling to Barpak and we ensure we reach before 1156 hours. Just as the clock will strike noon, we pray for the departed soul who lost their lives in 2015 earthquake. A two minutes silence. There will be other functions. Once we receive the details, will share with you. We will also have interaction with the affected families and distribute materials that we will be carrying. Dinner and overnight at Barpak.

The Barpak Epicenter Riders Group cycles back to Baluwa. We continue ours and ride till Kurinighat. Dinner and overnight in tents.

Post breakfast, continue riding to Kathmandu. Arrive and check into Hotel / home stay. Dinner (optional) and overnight in Kathmandu.

Full day free to explore Kathmandu. We meet for Farewell dinner in a local restaurant.Overnight in Kathmandu

After breakfast, check out and either board flight / Volvo (own expenses) for Delhi depending on our final decision.
