• 1. Due to bad weather, helicopter flight is cancelled, next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly. Assistance can be given by our staff at Sonmarg and Transportation would be charged extra by our staff at Sonmarg.
• 2. The Schedule flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons, advance booked passenger would get the priority next day.
• Mandatory documents for yatra :
• 1. All Passengers’ Name, Age, Address and Weight is required at the time of booking.
• 2. All passengers must carry a health certificate issued by the certified doctors in the list of Shrine board.
• 3. All Passengers Photo Id Proof and Nominee’s Name and Contact Details.
• Cancellation Policy :
• 1. 50% Cancellation of the Package Cost after Confirmation / Issuing the Hotel Vouchers.
• 2. 100% Cancellation before 30 Days of the Travel Date.
• 3. No Possibility of Amendment in Hotels/Houseboat/Swiss C
