Terms and Conditions

• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. Hotels mentioned above are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation otherwise an alternative will be provided.
• 2. We require 30 percent advance at the time of confirmation and balance payment will be 10 days prior to arrival of the guest.
• 3. Cancellation charges 21 days prior to arrival 30 percent on 15 day 70 percent on 07 days full retention, A flat processing fee of Rs. 10 percent on the total amount will be applicable for all booking cancelled after confirmation.
• 4. Package valid only for Indian travelers with valid PIO Person of Indian Origin. Any point of time if guest is rejected by any authority for validity of PIO then Company will not be liable for it.
• 5. My Voyage reserves the right to re arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability.
• 6. Accurate arrival and departure timing to be informed in advance.
• 7. Our Vehicles will not allowe in Bumla pass. For that we will arrange a local vehicle for Bumla pass on the spot.
• 8. Peak season surcharges would be applicable if any.
• 9. Any increase in service charges for example airfare, fuel surcharge, surcharge, visa fee changes, travel insurance etc would be borne by the client.
• 10. Prices quoted in the package valid as of now. .
