Early morning, visit Tiger Hills to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchanjunga Mountains, enroute visit the famous Ghoom Monastery and Batasia loop. Later visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Himalayan Zoo, Japanese Temple, Rock garden, Gangamaiya Park and the Tibetan Handicraft Centre, reroute you will have a spectacular view of the Darjeeling Tea Gardens. Morning departure to Gangtok ( 130 kms / 4 hrs. ), situated in Sikkim is Overlooked by Himalayan Ranges, Gangtok is a beautiful City. Buddhism is a major religion in this area. On arrival Check in to the hotel. Evening free for personal activities. Overnight at Gangtok.

After having a hearty breakfast at hotel, visit Institute of Tibetology, Dordul Chholten Stupa, Ropeway Ride and Shanti view point (maximum 4-5hrs). Evening is leisure or shopping and other activities. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake’s waters. Also visit Baba Mandir (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing). If permission granted by BRO , then Nathula Pass can be accessible by extra spot pay. Rest overnight at hotel in Gangtok.

After breakfast transfer to Yakten village, a perfect Himalayan village to experience the unbound nature and culture. Yakten is a paradise for birds and butterfly watchers , also rare species Himalayan orchid and flowers can be experienced from Yakten Village gardens . On arrival check in to your home stay, Post lunch treek to visit nearby villages and Kartok monastery. Yakten is village where one can enjoy the pristine Himalayan nature by sitting on the lap of nature. Evening enjoy the fire camp with local folk song and dance program .Overnight at Yakten Village cottage.

After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (118 kms. / 4 hrs.) for onward journey with sweet memories of Eastern Himalaya.
