i booked the tour package with incredible tourism where shri amit chakraborty took the booking and an advance amount of rs. 15000/- was transfered to their bank account in first week of august 2018. after acknowledging the receipt of advance shri amit chakrabnorty did not made any communication or refered any person who will guide our tour. he told he was very busy and left us in doubt. shri prabir mazumdar and shri rajib helped by guidence over phone. mazumdar met and satishfied us at rishop.
