Terms and Conditions

• The applicable Rate of Exchange for initial payment/ booking amount shall be determined by the prevailing rate on the date/- day of booking and balance payment will be charged as per the prevailing rates on that particular day
• • The taxes and visa charges mentioned are as on date and in the event of any changes may be amended
• • Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers. Surgenciaa Holidayism will not be responsible for the same
• • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements will be borne by the customer and Surgenciaa Holidayism will not be held responsible for the same
• • Sometimes Due to natural weather conditions, natural disasters or adverse political conditions certain services, flights and tours may be cancelled. We will try our best to assist the Customer to help them solve the issue, but in no case a refund will be given. Rescheduling is possible depending upon availability and discretion for the airlines/destination service provider. Any additional cost shall be incurred by the client directly
• • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 30 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes

• 45 days from the date of departure - Non-refundable amount as discussed with our sales representative
• • 44- 31 days from the date of departure - 25% of the cost of the holiday
• • 30-16 days from the date of departure - 50% of the cost of the holiday
• • 15 days or below from the date of departure - 100% of the cost of the holiday
