• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• What’s not included
• – Transport to and from the Base camp.
• – Personal Insurance and Expenses.
• – Food during transit to and from the basecamp.
• – Offloading charges for backpack, if required.
• – Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions and any other circumstances beyond our control.
• – Anything not mentioned under the head inclusions.
