• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
• Room allocation will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• Sightseeing and transfers will be provided as per the itinerary.
• Any changes to the itinerary requested by the traveller may incur additional charges.
• Entry tickets, activity charges and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
• Dudhsagar sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, local permissions and operational availability.
• Cancellation and refund policies will be applicable as per the booking terms shared at the time of confirmation.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural calamities, strikes or road closures, the itinerary may be modified for traveller safety.
• Any additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond our control will be borne by the traveller.
• The company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary when required for operational or safety reasons.
• The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Travellers are advised to carry valid government-issued photo identification during the trip.
