• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• Payment terms:
• 1. At the time of confirmation of the tour, minimum booking amount 25000/- Per Person to be made for the confirmation of the seats.
• 2. 50% payment 1 month before travel date
• 3. Balance payment is required 20 days prior to tourist group arrival in our bank accounts.
• 4. Prices are confidential and solely meant for the B2B market.
• Cancellation terms:
• Cancellation prior 40 days –No Charges
• Cancellation prior 30 days –50% charge of the tour price
• Cancellation prior 15 days – 75% charge of the tour price
• Cancellation prior 10 days – 100% charge of the tour price
