About Lianzhou
Lianzhou is a county-level city in northern Guangdong Province, China, and is the northernmost county-degree department of the prefecture-stage city of Qingyuan. It is referred to as the host metropolis of the Lianzhou International Photography Festival and as a historic and cultural landmark of Guangdong Province. Lianzhou have become part of the Changsha Commandery in the course of the Qin dynasty.
During the Han dynasty, which started out in 206 BC, the Yangxian prefecture consisted of 3 towns: Lianzhou, Liannan, and Lianshan. Emperor Kaihuang later put Lianzhou in the Ben prefecture all through the Sui dynasty. On December 8, 1949, the Communist People's Liberation Army took over Lianzhou, then known as Lianxian, from the Kuomintang. On December 20, 1949, the People’s Government of Lianxian was hooked up.
On April 22, 1994, Lianxian was renamed Lianzhou City. In 1996, the authorities of Guangdong Province named Lianzhou as a National Famous Historic and Cultural City. Lianzhou has a subtropical weather and is tormented by the monsoon. From October via March, it stories the northeast monsoon, and from April through September, it reviews the summer monsoon, mainly with a southwest wind. The metropolis's mountain climate is right for crop growth and 4-season tillage.
