About Temburong
Temburong is the easternmost locale daerah in Brunei. It is an exclave, as it is isolated from whatever is left of Brunei by Malaysia and Brunei Bay. Bangar is the town and authoritative focus of the locale. The area fringes Brunei Bay toward the north and Sarawak, Malaysia toward the east, south and west. The territory covers 504 sq mi. The Temburong River moves through the area, and the Sungai Pandaruan stream shapes the western segment of the fringe with Malaysia.
Brunei's first national park, the Ulu Temburong National Park, is found south of the Temburong region, covering 210 sq mi of the Temburong backwoods. The national park has a logical research focus office, the Kuala Belalong Rainforest Field Studies Center, which is just available by vessel.
Recently, 25 hectares 62 sections of land of the Kuala Belalong zone had been allotted for joint wander inquire about undertakings directed by the Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Kuala Belalong Field Studies and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.
