i had a very bad experience with nature wings. i booked a bhutan trip with them. they basically enter a tie-up with a jaigaon indian border town or bhutanese agent for all on-ground services like permits/ cabs etc. so basically if something goes wrong, there is nothing they can do about it. sometimes on rush days, if their on-ground agent cant get the permit, you'll be stranded there. also, in a 6-day trip. we wasted two days because of government holidays in bhutan which were not accounted for

mr. rakesh sharmaji - thanks for organising a wonderful bhutan tour for us - we thoroughly enjoyed the same the trip was orgnaised very well by you and we did not face any problems. the hotels were all very good and locationwas superb and the view from our rooms was also great - except for namseling in thimpu where the food was really awful and the view was also not good try avoiding this hotel in future. the taxi and its driver kilap was also good and helpful and he made our trip comfortabl
