Nijlen

Nijlen is a place and municipality within the Belgian province of Antwerp . The municipality lies at the connecting street between the towns of Lier and Herentals and belongs to the electoral canton of Heist-op-den-Berg and the judicial canton of Lier . The first settlement of Nijlen goes returned to the Gallo-Roman instances . In 1770 an earthen pot with Roman gold coins became observed with images from Julius Caesar to Emperor Domitian .
