Lommel

Lommel is a municipality and a town within the Belgian province of Limburg. The Kempen town has about 34,000 inhabitants and is part of the electoral district and the judicial district Lommel Neerpelt. Besides residential town of Lommel also has some of nature reserves, including the character reserve De Watering, the Lommel Sahara, and numerous forests and heathlands. Lommel is the third purchasing city in Belgian Limburg with a commercial and purchasing middle De Singel.

Importantly, the silver sand this is mined right here for the advantage of the glass enterprise. Some sand mining quarries are converted into nature reserves and leisure regions, which include Lommel Sahara. The city of Lommel is the watershed of the basins of the Scheldt, and Meuse, and within those basins Nete Dommel respectively. The call comes from Lommel Loemelo.
