Ateshgah
About Ateshgah
It is a chateau like religious haven in Surakhani town. The Baku Ateshgah was a voyage and philosophical focal point of Zoroastrians from Northwestern Indian Subcontinent, who were related with the trade with the Caspian region through the notable "Phenomenal Trunk Road".
The haven ceased to be a place of affection after 1883 with the foundation of oil plants industry at Surakhany. The complex was changed into a presentation lobby in 1975. The yearly number of visitors to the verifiable focus is 15,000. Tourists come here from all over the world with their family members and friends. You can come and explore this place.
