Notting Hill

Notting Hill is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 19 km south-east of Melbourne's focal business district. Its nearby government region is the City of Monash. At the 2016 Census, Notting Hill had a population of 3,050. Its conventional focus is on Ferntree Gully Road. The region is more a level than a slope, and is the site of two nearby water stockpiles. He was a transporter among Oakleigh and Ferntree Gully and in the late 1870s opened a refreshment stop at Notting Hill, 4 km. from Oakleigh. The Notting Hill Hotel remains a noticeable milestone, being set up in 1891; it is frequented by adjacent college understudies and local people of Notting Hill. The proprietor, Kath Byer, ran the foundation until her passing on 15 November 2010 and did as such since 1936 when she purchased the business with her better half Sidney Lofty Byer.
