About Biloela
Biloela is a country town and territory in Shire of Banana, Central Queensland in Australia. It is arranged 120 kilometers inland from the port city of Gladstone at the intersection of the Burnett and Dawson interstates. Biloela is the authoritative focal point of Banana Shire, which has a zone of 15,729 square kilometers. The town was built up on what had once been Kangulu inborn lands. The town was gazetted in 1924; it was on the Rannes-Monto railroad line. Land deals were held in Rannes in December 1924. Biloela Post Office opened by January 1925 and Biloela State School opened on 22 June 1925.
The principal open-cut mine was built up in 1942. Biloela has a warm subtropical atmosphere, with hot to warm temperatures lasting through the year. Winter evenings can periodically dip under solidifying, anyway winters are typically warm and dry, with wonderful bright days. Different wearing associations are dynamic inside the network, for example, Panthers Rugby League Club, Biloela Rugby Union Club, Biloela Touch Football Association, Callide Valley Tennis Association, Biloela Netball Association, Biloela Golf Club, Biloela Cricket Association, Biloela Valley's Football Club soccer, Biloela Swimming Club, Biloela Dirt Rider Club and the Biloela Police Citizens Youth Club.
