National Gallery of Zimbabwe

The National Gallery of Zimbabwe is in the southeast corner of Harare Gardens, this dazzling display has ious spaces showing a blend of contemporary nearby, African and global craftsmen. Shows change month to month, with a blend of artistic creations, photography, stone figures, covers, and carvings.

The joined shop is a phenomenal place to stock up on specialties and books on Zimbabwean workmanship, before espresso and cake in the bistro. There's an outdoors Shona model garden outside.

The accumulation of contemporary African craftsmanship incorporates works by Twins Seven of Nigeria, the craftsman Malangatana of Mozambique, illustrations from the late Zambian craftsman Henry Tayali, and a progression of different works by Zimbabwean painters and stone workers, including unique models from Henry Munyaradzi.
