Wilton House Museum is an exhibition hall in a notable house situated in Richmond, Virginia.Wilton was initially the villa on a 2,000-section of land tobacco estate situated on the north bank of the James River a few miles east of the city of Richmond. Around 1753, Randolph finished development of substantial Georgian villa ignoring the stream, which he named "Wilton." It is a copy of Wilton House in UK, the family seat of the "Lord of Pembroke". Wilton House Museum is certify by the American Alliance of MuseumsAAM. Wilton is home to a rich accumulation of eighteenth and mid nineteenth century decorations, pictures, silver, earthenware production, and materials. Guests to the house included George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and the Marquis de Lafayette.
