About Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum
It was composed and worked in the style of an Italian Renaissance estate by planner David Adler in 1923. The building was initially the living arrangement of previous A.O. Smith president, Lloyd Smith, and his family. The gallery includes fine and enhancing expressions dating from the fifteenth through the eighteenth hundreds of years, created press perfect works of art by Cyril Colnik, the Renaissance Garden, and evolving presentations. The encompassing feign is arranged with patios and formal gardens, a "water stairway," fishponds, and two mystery gardens. Rose Standish Nichols is credited with the first scene plan. No record of her arrangement for the Smith habitation has been found.
