About USC Pacific Asia Museum
Committed to the way of life and craft of Asia and the Pacific Islands, the USC Pacific Asia Museum was set up in 1971 with the mean to support intercultural understanding. The historical center spotlights on the work of art and contemporary expressions and houses more than 15,000 items, a significant number of which go back to more than four thousand year.
Current shows, for example, "Illustrious Taste" take guests on an adventure through the rich ways of life of august courts in China. Guests can investigate the different presentations, see exhibitions, go to celebrations, or partake in the numerous addresses, classes, and workshops the gallery has. A portion of the classes and continuous projects offered incorporate yoga, jujitsu, Chinese calligraphy, and haiku composing.
