The University of Kansas Natural History Museum is situated on Jayhawk Bouled on the grounds of the college. It is a piece of the University of Kansas Biodiversity Institute that is dedicated to concentrate the assorted iety of life on Earth. The exhibitions are housed in the memorable Dyche Hall, a building recorded on the National Register of Historic Places.
The 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago was the driving force for building the historical center - it was built in the vicinity of 1901 and 1903 in the Romanesque style of design. The historical center houses more than 350 displays, the most well known of which is the "Scene of North American Wildlif “.
