University of Kansas

Situated on Jayhawk Bouled, the University of Kansas is the biggest college in the state with branch grounds in Kansas City, Overland Park, Salina, and Wichita. The principle grounds sits on Mount Oread, the most astounding point in Lawrence. Established in 1865, the college is an open research college and is known for its Medical Center and University Hospital, both of which are situated in Kansas City.
