The University of California Museum of Paleontology UCMP is a fossil science historical center situated on the grounds of the University of California, Berkeley.The historical center is inside the Valley Life Sciences Building VLSB, outlined by George W. Kelham and finished in 1930. Its accumulations are fundamentally proposed for examine and are, subsequently, not available to the general population. A set number of fossils from the gathering is in plain view in the VLSB. Although situated on the Berkeley grounds, the exhibition hall is the essential region for putting away fossils gathered statewide. The first fossils, around which the present accumulation has developed, were those assembled as a feature of the California Geological Survey from 1860-1867.
