The Steel Pier

The Steel Pier is Atlantic City's response to Coney Island in New York. Worked in 1898, this awesome old entertainment dock - once the country's most gone by fascination - has discovered another rent on life subsequent to being reconstructed in 1993 with 25 rides including a specially designed, twofold decker merry go round the notorious Diving Horse has for some time been truant. While without a doubt a place for youths, it's such a symbol on the Boardwalk that it just should be gone by.

The wharf has since turned into a top of the line shopping center, the Pier Shops at Caesars, a feature of which is its breathtaking melodic wellspring. Somewhat further along the Boardwalk is another old wharf, Ocean One, which has pulled in guests since 1906 when Captain John Young opened his celebrated Million Dollar Pier at this area.
