Set up in 1996 and spreading over 35,000 sections of land in Collier County on the southwest shoreline of Florida, Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge NWR is a vital asylum for the rich assorted iety of local natural life and undermined mangrove living spaces found in this area. Containing very nearly 66% of the biggest spread of mangrove woods in North America, the asylum is likewise home to little beach front pockets of tropical hardwoods, for example, gumbo-limbo, cabbage palms, and oak trees.
