About Telluride Mountain
The Telluride/Mountain Village Gondola is the main free ride of its kind in the United States. Opened in 1996, it is both open transportation between the two towns, and a ski, snowboard, and mountain bicycle lift for guests and inhabitants wishing to utilize the ski runs.
The thirteen-minute excursion from Telluride to Mountain Village or the other way around keeps going thirteen minutes and gives sensational all-round perspectives of the San Juan Mountains. The gondolas are wheelchair open, have ski, snowboard, and bicycle racks, and work from 7:00 a.m. until midnight year-round. Covers are given at each station to your solace amid the winter season.
