St. Rose of Viterbo Convent
About St. Rose of Viterbo Convent
St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, Wisconsin, fills in as the otherworldly heart and managerial focal point of FSPA, lodging three churches, in excess of 50 workplaces and giving a home to a portion of the assemblage's resigned sisters. Among the houses of prayer is the Mary of the Angels Chapel Maria Angelorum, which invites guests from La Crosse and around the globe, and the Adoration Chapel where the sisters have asked 24 hours per day since 1878. St. Rose Convent is a prominent site on the rundown of recorded destinations in La Crosse.
The present Mary of the Angels Chapel Maria Angelorum took three years to assemble and was finished August 2, 1906. It serves the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration as the gathering's focal place of petition. The Ninth Street segment of the St. Rose Convent building was reproduced in 1924 after a fire had wrecked a noteworthy bit of the working in 1923. A piece of the Market Street segment that got away from the fire still stands. The house of prayer was not touched by the fire.
