SP ferry terminal remains
About SP ferry terminal remains
Exploiting a break from the rain I drove around my locale searching for a comment. Common stuff yet storm mists may add to a photograph. These were taken in Antioch CA. Roger's Point is the area of the left Southern Pacific ship The Solano. Worked in late 1870's not certain and sold in 1931 by SP to be utilized as an undignified embankment, she was taken to Roger's Point and abandoned.
On July 4, 1983, the deck of the Solano was utilized to set off firecrackers. All things considered, the inescapable happened. The superstructure torched to the water line. The compelling force of nature has assumed control with vegetation what was cleared out. Leaving just a single of the two A-Frames that held the strolling pillar.
