About Santa Clara Fire Museum
The Santa Clara Fire Museum is a volunteer-run exhibition hall situated in the old Training Center behind Santa Clara Fire House. It houses memorabilia going back to the establishing of the Santa Clara Fire Department in 1855. The exhibition hall contains reports, photos, and gear, for example, hoses, spouts, and fire quenchers.
Of specific note is a reestablished Model T Ford truck that was acquired by the Santa Clara Fire Department and utilized as a hose truck from 1921-1945. It has been affectionately modified and reestablished by volunteers. Guests are welcome to the gallery, and it is additionally open to class gatherings, with instructive programming outfitted towards flame wellbeing.
