SALT Museum

The industry that created the City of Syracuse and which supplied the entire nation with salt! This museum which is located on the shore of Onondaga Lake which is full of dynamic exhibits and artifacts, it also provides an old time rustic experience during your visit. Must visit and enjoy and take rustic experience. It is constructed from timbers taken from actual salt warehouses.

Opening Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday 1-6 p.m. The last tour of each day is at 3:30 p.m.

Entry fees

Reservations are recommended! For Adults $13.50 and for children 4-12 $8.50.
