Sacagawea Interpretive, Cultural and Education Center

The Sacajawea Interpretive, Cultural and Educational Center is committed to respecting and giving instruction about America's awesome recorded courageous woman, Sacajawea, an Agai Dika Lemhi Shoshone, and her part in Lewis and Clark's Corps of Discovery. Guests can appreciate the Heritage Community Gardens, Kid's Garden, curios and picturesque strolling trails all through the lovely 71-section of land stop. Indeed, even puppies can appreciate some time at the Sacajawea Center in the Seaman's Dog Walk and Play Area.

The Sacajawea Interpretive, Cultural, and Education Center offers birders of all capacity simple access to the Lemhi River and nearby floodplains, which highlight transcending dark cottonwood woods, lush glades, a cattail swamp, and a perpetual regular spring. Crosscountry skiing is accessible in the winter and gives a chance to see Bald Eagle along the waterway. Red-followed Hawk, Great Blue Heron, and American Dipper can be seen year-round. Moreover, Sora, Sandhill Crane, Killdeer, Spotted Sandpiper, Wilson's Snipe, Common Grackle, and Bohemian Waxwing can be found along the stream and around the Center.
